3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (unless the product is defective or not as described).
  • Products returned after the applicable return period has expired.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
